  • Standard Shipping: We use DHL or FedEx for standard shipping. The shipping fee is $12.95, and delivery typically takes 10-15 business days after dispatch.
  • Free Shipping: For orders over $50, we offer free shipping via EMS. Delivery usually takes 15-25 business days after dispatch.

Please note that order processing takes 1-2 business days before your item is shipped. We ship globally, excluding certain remote areas in Asia.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward returns and exchanges process within 15 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging. Please note that the following items are non-returnable due to their specialized nature and potential for damage during shipping:

Return & Exchange Process

Refund Process

Upon approval of your return, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method. Please note that it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Exchange Process

If you are requesting an exchange, we will ship the replacement item once the returned item is received and inspected. Shipping costs for exchanges will be covered by HO Scale Vehicles Sales.
